Developer Profile: Brian Wolf
Brian has worked in the UCSB community since he graduated with a degree in History in 1991. He has worked for the Office of Financial Aid, Quantum Institute, Nanotech / National Nanofabrication Users Network, Biological Sciences, and Life Sciences Computing Group. Since 2005 Brian has been a member of the UCSB Web Standards Group which focuses on helping the UCSB web community with developing best practices pertaining to usability, accessibility, and identity. In 2008 Brian received the UCSB Staff Citation of Excellence Award Staff for his work on web projects for UCSB community. Brian currently works as a web designer / developer for the Life Sciences Computing Group.
Web Development Experience
Brian developed his first website in 1995 for the Quantum Institute. Since then he has developed over 70 websites for academic departments, administrative organizations, course websites, education programs, events, facilities, faculty labs, graduate programs, institutes and research centers. Brian focuses on building accessible websites, which are W3C and 508 standards compliant.
